IT Support Engineer

Job Description; Deploy and support systems, software applications, and IT peripherals. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Provide technical support to clients across Singapore (onsite and/or remote). Perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimal system performance. Monitor and manage clients’ IT infrastructure, including networks and systems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management.  Job Requirements Position is open to candidates willing to participate in the Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCP). Applicants under the MCP Programme must be aged 40 years old and above. Singaporean or Permanent Resident. Minimum NITEC/Diploma in IT, Computer, or related field. At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in IT support engineering. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Willingness to learn and take on technical challenges. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Technical support and hands-on training will be provided.
