DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing and baking bread, pastries, and other bakery products
• Follow standard recipes and production guidelines accurately
• Ensure products are baked to correct quality, taste, and appearance standards
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the bakery area and equipment
• Follow food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products
• Follow daily production schedules and meet output targets
• Assist in organizing ingredients and preparing workstations before baking
• Support smooth workflow during peak production hours

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• At least 6 months of experience in a commercial kitchen or supermarket bakery
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately
• Attention to detail and consistency in work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
