Solution Architect (Hybrid)

Overview We are looking for a Solution Architect to define and design end-to-end technology architectures across complex systems. This role ensures that solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with both business objectives and technical standards. Key Responsibilities Translate business needs into technical requirements and clear architectural designs

Produce architecture artefacts (high-level designs, component diagrams, interface specifications, ADRs)

Define data, integration, and API models using modern architectural patterns

Ensure security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles, aligned with compliance standards

Provide technical guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technical, and governance areas

Lead architectural reviews and support decision-making through structured analysis

Requirements Proven experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven or service-oriented architectures

Strong background in distributed systems, cloud solutions, and system integrations

Proficiency in architecture modelling (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, C4)

Solid understanding of identity management, security frameworks, and data governance

Experience with both frontend and backend technologies (e.g., Angular, Java Spring Boot)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English

EU Citizenship

Nice to Have Experience in Public Sector projects

Certifications such as TOGAF or ArchiMate

Experience 5+ years in architecture-related roles
