ช่างเทคนิค / Technician (IQC, CNC, AOI, Facility Maintenance Technician

Aufgaben

• ดำเนินการวัดโดยใช้เครื่อง Fisher Scope สำหรับการตรวจสอบ ROHS และความหนาของการเคลือบ พร้อมทั้งบันทึกผลการวัดทั้งหมด
• ตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วนที่รับเข้ามา (AII EE/ME part) และบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบ
• ทำการวัดตามแบบที่กำหนดและจัดเก็บบันทึกผลการวัด

• ตรวจสอบรายการและตรวจสอบการติดตั้งเครื่อง
• ให้คำแนะนำทางเทคนิคในการทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง
• แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคและหน้าที่ด้านการจัดระบบภายในพื้นที่การผลิต CNC ด้วยขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ดำเนินการติดตั้ง ปรับเปลี่ยน ทดสอบและดำเนินการของการผลิตและอุปกรณ์ CNC
• รักษามาตรฐานการบำรุงรักษาและการใช้งานสำหรับการผลิตและอุปกรณ์ CNC

• Perform daily setup, program selection, and inspection verification for AOI/SPI machines.
• Monitor inspection results and ensure parameters meet approved standards.
• Handle NG products and coordinate with Production/Quality teams.
• Support program setup, modification, verification, and NPI activities under the AOI Leader’s guidance.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor false calls, defect detection, and machine performance; report abnormalities to the AOI Leader.

• Maintain facility machines, equipment, infrastructure and related facility system to be in the good condition and prompt service.
• Support work order/service request works.
• Support work assignments or tasks from immediate supervisor or manager.
