• Handle customer inquiries across social media platforms, websites, and digital channels.
• Guide customers throughout their purchasing journey and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales and support business growth.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and enhance retention.
• Maintain a high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any relevant medical field.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong sales and persuasion abilities.

Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or e-commerce is preferred.

Ability to manage customer interactions and convert leads into sales.
