POSITION:QA Team Leader

  1. Manage daily QA operations for Collections and Customer Service across calls, live chat, email, tickets, and other customer contact channels.
  2. Develop risk-based sampling strategies according to case type, call duration, customer segment, business code, and operational risk.

Qualifications/Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in collections (phone collections experience preferred). 2. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – essential for collaborating with technical teams and providing clear, actionable feedback.
