Senior Backend Developer .NET

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable backend systems leveraging .Net frameworks

Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and interpret technical requirements

Champion and ensure best practices in coding, application design, and development processes are followed

Participate in code reviews, share technical expertise, and provide constructive feedback to team members

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues and performance bottlenecks

Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to existing codebases, architecture, and processes

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovative solutions within the team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

5+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with .Net technologies

Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role

Strong proficiency in .Net Core , C#, and related frameworks

Experience with API design and development

Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
