IT Infrastructure Maintenance:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and other related equipment.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
- Implement and maintain effective security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.
- Perform routine hardware and software upgrades and updates.
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Facility Maintenance & Admin:
- Coordinate and manage facility maintenance activities, including building repairs, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.
Ordering Weekly Healthy Lunch
Project Management:
- Participate in IT infrastructure and facility improvement projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure and facility assets.
- Prepare regular reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and project status.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure and facility maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with facility management practices and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
