MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Roles & Responsibilities Perform immediate on-site troubleshooting and maintenance for automated machinery to prevent production defects and minimize downtime. Record, maintain, and update machine breakdown reports promptly Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective counter measures Monitor, maintain, and perform monthly stock checks of critical spare parts Liaise with machine suppliers and agents for repair and maintenance works Carry out calibration and verification of machine equipment Test, maintain, and ensure all machine safety systems are in proper working condition Requirements Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering or related field. Experience in repair and maintenance within a manufacturing environment Experience in troubleshooting production machinery, industrial automation, and plant equipment Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance Good communication and teamwork skills. Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn. Salary: $4,000 - $5,500
