Senior Operations Manager – FM Service Provider – Dubai, UAE

Our client is part of a major, Dubai based, high profile and successful Group of companies, that include Real Estate Development, Facilities, Property and Community Management.

Currently they are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their FM Service Provider team. The successful individual will be responsible for managing day to day operations of a large workforce, delivering the full scope of FM services through a blue collar team, with a total headcount of over 2000 employees. Candidates should be experienced in FM operations working within a leading service provider environment. They will be responsible for multiple contracts, predominantly focussed within residential buildings and communities. Arabic speaking will be ESSENTIAL for this position. Qualifications and Requirements:

Degree qualified in any discipline Experience working as the FM Service Provider Experience as an Operations Manager, manging workforces across multiple contracts A thorough understanding of performance-based contracts delivering to SLAs and Meeting KPIs Some budgetary responsibility will be needed Experience in delivering FM to residential properties, both high rise and communities Excellent client management capabilities Excellent communicator
