Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Assist Quantity Surveyor in daily QS duties and project costing works Assist in quantity take-off and measurement works Assist in preparation of quotations, tender and contract documents Support progress claims, variation orders and final accounts Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers when required Maintain proper project documentation and records Attend site meetings when required Training and guidance will be provided by senior QS Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management or Quantity Surveyor Requirements Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic knowledge in construction or quantity surveying Familiar with Microsoft Excel Responsible and willing to learn Good communication and coordination skills 5-day work week Office-based working environment We will be moving to Stellar @ Tampines in end September 2026 (soon)
