Transportation planing Sup

• Supplier Mgt. Coordinate with supplier to manage trans resource risks and resource assurance, supplier KPI Assessment & communication, mgt policies & SOP announcement, bidding arrangement.
• Expense Settlement. Delivery cost & budget mgt (analysis trans cost and take actions to control cost), Weekly/monthly expense settlement & reconciliation, Following up internal payment process.
• Execute daily work in accordance with purchasing and procurement procedures and work instructions related to purchasing activities. This includes creating and managing purchase orders and ensuring accurate and timely processing, issuance, and tracking.
• Submit new supplier registrations for approval.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications: Male / Female age 28-40 year old. Bachelor’s degree in related fields. Having 2-3 years’ experience in sourcing and purchasing. Experience in logistics express business is preferred. Having knowledge of purchasing work flow and documents such as PR, PO, contract etc. +2 years working experience in express or logistics fields. With strong multilingual (Thai/Chinese or Thai/Eng) communication skill.
