Position Overview We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and people-oriented individual to join our small team.

As we serve children with special needs and their families, we are looking for someone who is warm, patient, and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

The ideal candidate should possess

  • A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in administration, operations, programme coordination, education, events, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative working style.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • The ability to communicate in spoken Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking parents. Spoken Korean to liaise with our non-English-speaking Korean music instructors will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to support evening or weekend rehearsals, performances, concerts, and events when required.

Experience in the arts, education, non-profit, music, or community sectors will be an advantage. Candidates with a genuine interest in supporting children with special needs through the arts are particularly encouraged to apply.
