Case Manager - 100% Remote, Contractor

We are seeking experienced-level Case Managers to remotely support the case preparation process for clients and to provide high-quality service through written communication.

The work and communication will be carried out in 100% written English. Strong English reading and writing skills are required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in paralegal, documentation or customer service (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (or above) in Liberal Arts or Law major (highly preferred)
• Excellent English writing and reading skills ( IELTS 7.5/ TOEIC 950/ TOEFL iBT 100 or above/ equivalent)
