Production Manager

Lead and oversee daily production operations and ensure achievement of production plans and targets.

Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards .

Manage production manpower, equipment, materials, and resources efficiently.

Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.

Lead and develop the production team and ensure high levels of performance and productivity.

Handle production-related issues and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is a must

Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Proven experience as a Production Manager in the pharmaceutical industry is a must.

Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes . Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
