We are seeking an experienced and qualified specialist hematologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of hematological conditions, provide comprehensive patient care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and manage benign and malignant hematological disorders.

Evaluate and treat conditions such as anemia, coagulation disorders, thrombosis, and hematological malignancies.

Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient response.

Manage patients requiring chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusion support, and other hematological treatments, where qualified.

Interpret relevant laboratory investigations, blood films, and bone marrow studies.

Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists.

Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counselling.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in hematology or a relevant specialty.

Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.

Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at specialist level.

Strong knowledge of hematology diagnosis and treatment protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
