As a Service Center Coordinator , you help manufacturing teams build the advanced systems that power modern technology. You coordinate daily production activities, resolve technical issues, and keep work progressing safely across shifts. Your expertise helps ASML deliver reliable lithography systems to customers around the world. You challenge existing processes, collaborate across Departments , and care for quality, safety, and your colleagues.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Service Center Coordinator , you provide technical and operational direction within a precision manufacturing environment. You coordinate priorities, support colleagues, and solve exceptions using established procedures and practical experience.

You will:

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and maintain production progress across teams and shifts.
• Lead your work area and represent the team when discussing technical or operational matters.
• Resolve technical issues and escalate complex risks to the appropriate supporting Departments .
• Check materials, tools, equipment, and products for availability, accuracy, and quality.
• Support new product and process Introduction s by following approved testing and production requirements.
• Identify recurring shop-floor issues and lead structured improvements that strengthen safety, quality, and efficiency.
