Project Manager / ASC

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and technology projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, vendors and business units to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Track project progress against milestones and report status, budget and risks to stakeholders and management.
• Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring impacts to timeline, cost and quality are assessed and approved.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements before handover.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships, contracts and deliverables where applicable.
• Conduct project reviews and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing IT or technology projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) and the full project lifecycle Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and on budget Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and team coordination skills Strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning and risk management Knowledge of telecommunications, banking, insurance or IT infrastructure is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making abilities Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Asana or similar) Good command of English
