Security Governance & Architecture Lead

Your tasks

We are hiring a Security Governance & Architecture Lead for a multi-year identity and security managed services engagement with a public sector organisation in Singapore, covering IAM, IGA, PAM and identity operations.

• Lead security risk management and architecture obligations
• Lead scheduled reviews and support ad-hoc assessments
• Ensure quality and completeness of the Security Risk Management Framework, Comprehensive Security Risk Assessments, architecture reviews and Security Architecture Blueprint
• Identify and document system-wide risks, control gaps, architecture deviations, data flows and trust boundaries
• Produce actionable remediation recommendations and coordinate tracking
• Advise the customer and ensure approved requirements/decisions are reflected in documentation and implementation

Requirements

What you will bring

• 5+ years cybersecurity, security governance, security risk management and/or security architecture; minimum 2 years in a lead or coordinating role for systems of similar scale
• Security governance and risk assessment methodology
• Security architecture review and assurance
• Data flow and trust boundary analysis
• Control-gap assessment and remediation tracking
• Alignment with Government IM8, client security requirements and industry good practices
• Cross-functional coordination and clear risk reporting

Qualifications & certifications

• Degree in CS/IT or Cybersecurity
• CISA, CISSP or equivalent required
