Quality Control

Responsibilities:

• Inspect materials and products for defects, damage and compliance with specifications.
• Check product dimensions, finish, appearance and overall condition.
• Identify, document and report non-conforming products.
• Ensure defective or unapproved products are separated and withheld from dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports.
• Work with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Investigate product complaints and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with quality procedures and follow up on identified issues.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in quality control or product inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Ability to interpret product specifications and use appropriate measuring tools.
• Good documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments.
• High level of integrity and sound judgement.
