MEP Supervisor
Key responsibilities:
Supervise daily MEP maintenance, repair, and installation activities across the farm.
Oversee electrical systems, water supply, plumbing, pumps, irrigation-related equipment, and other mechanical systems.
Coordinate and supervise technicians, contractors, and maintenance staff.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs.
Ensure all MEP works are completed according to safety standards and operational requirements.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repairs.
Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and minimizing equipment downtime.
Ensure proper use and availability of tools, materials, and spare parts.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an MEP supervisor, preferably in a farm, agricultural, facilities management, or large property environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
Knowledge of pumps, water systems, irrigation systems, and farm facilities is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance activities.
Please note that only candidates with relevant MEP supervisory experience in farm facility will be shortlisted.
