Apt Resources is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Commis 1 to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to the hotel's standards and recipes.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and hygiene.

Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and plating.

Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.

Follow instructions and adhere to the hotel's quality and safety standards.

Participate in kitchen briefings and training sessions to enhance culinary skills.

Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Commis 1 or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment is preferred.

Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work various shifts as required by hotel operations.

Must be currently in UAE.
