New Business Acquisition & Lead Generation

Identify, map, and prospect potential B2B clients (retail pharmacies, private hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and wholesale distributors).
Execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including field visits, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking at industry trade shows and medical conferences.
Pitch our value proposition, highlighting catalog breadth, pricing structures, credit terms, delivery SLAs.

Account Management & Customer Retention

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy owners, procurement managers, hospital directors, and lead pharmacists.
Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction, address supply chain bottlenecks, and expand wallet share through cross-selling and upselling.
Monitor account order patterns, forecast reorder cycles, and proactively re-engage dormant or declining accounts.

Sales Negotiations & Contracting

Lead commercial negotiations regarding volume discounts, payment terms, and delivery schedules within company profitability guidelines.
Collaborate with internal legal, credit, and compliance teams to prepare formal sales agreements, tenders, and vendor contracts.
Ensure all customer onboardings comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines and credit policies.

Market Intelligence & Portfolio Expansion

Monitor competitor pricing, promotional offerings, product availability, and market trends to provide actionable market intelligence to leadership.
Identify gaps in product offerings based on client feedback and collaborate with the procurement team to source high-demand pharmaceutical items.
