Your tasks
- Responsible for coffee shop’s all day to day management, ensuring smooth running of the operations.
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Managing workers’ schedules.
- Actively participate in physical inventory taking and ensuring that all food supplies and other essentials are adequately stocked.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Other jobs or duties assigned by boss.
Requirements
- Customer service oriented, need to entertain Chinese-speaking customers.
