- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
- Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve results
- Track performance, analyse gaps, and take corrective action fast

- Proven track record in sales management and target achievement
- Strong leadership with the ability to push, motivate, and deliver results
- Highly target-driven, resilient, and performance-focused
- Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Comfortable with pressure, deadlines, and flexible working hours
