KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers, assist with enquiries, and provide friendly customer service.
- Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and handle basic cashiering duties.
- Assist with food preparation, packing, and takeaway orders when required.
- Replenish food, beverages, and other shop supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, counter, and shop premises.
- Assist with daily opening and closing operations.
- Ensure proper food handling and follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Support other daily restaurant operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
