Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing costs and contracts to ensure projects are completed on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Review and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to monitor project progress and costs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements.
• Manage subcontractor payments and valuations.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular reports on cost status and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws and contract management.
• Excellent understanding of cost control, budgeting, and procurement processes.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
