HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR manager to oversee and drive our human resources strategies, policies, and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in HR management, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive workplace culture and align HR practices with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with company goals.
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient talent acquisition.
Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Design and execute performance management programs, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive salary structures and employee satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with HR legal changes.
Drive employee engagement, learning, and development programs.
Implement and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Foster a positive work culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Qualifications & skills:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and modern HR tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
Experience working in multi-cultural and dynamic environments.
Knowledge of HR digital transformation and automation tools.
