Role Overview: As Aeva scales globally and ramps production, we’re investing in a world-class finance infrastructure built for speed, complexity, and public-company standards. To support this, we’re launching a Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence in Bangalore. This leader will hire and grow a 3–5 person team, own key global accounting processes, and work hand-in-hand with U.S. HQ and our international entities. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct access to U.S. leadership and global operations.

Prepaids, accruals, fixed assets

Balance sheet reconciliations

Audit support

International Subsidiaries (Germany, India, Thailand)

Statutory compliance & reporting

Local GAAP coordination

Tax & regulatory oversight

Consolidation

Intercompany eliminations

FX translation

Consolidation into U.S. parent

What you will have: CA (India) qualification is mandatory

Background in top-tier audit/assurance firms is required

10–15 years experience in accounting/finance

Hands-on NetSuite

Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Experience in hiring and developing teams

Comfortable working U.S. business hours
