Transformation Manager
Job purpose
Support transformation initiatives and performance improvement efforts by conducting analysis, structuring insights, and contributing to high-impact internal consulting projects.
Key responsibilities
Support performance tracking and analysis across key business KPIs
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps and underlying drivers
Contribute to structuring problem-solving approaches and project workplans
Support delivery of transformation projects across functions
Prepare high-quality materials and presentations for stakeholders
Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support implementation of initiatives
Contribute to building a fact-based and performance-driven culture
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administration. Master’s degree in engineering management or an MBA is highly preferable.
8 - 10 years of relevant business, project or program management, ideally in retail, fuel retail, financial or B2B industries
Experience in various large organizations from US, Europe and Middle East
3 years in managing major transformation projects in relation with people and processes
