Within Value Stream Technology, you will play a key role in shaping ABN AMRO's enterprise-wide data foundation. You will lead the Enterprise Data Management capability, ensuring that enterprise data assets are consistently defined, integrated and governed, enabling high‑quality, compliant and value‑driven data usage across the bank.

Your job

As Head of Enterprise Data Management, your role is both strategic and operational. You lead the organisation and contribute directly to the execution of the bank's data and technology strategy within the Data Engineering & Enablement Value Domain. You are responsible for establishing a robust enterprise data foundation that supports reuse, transparency and compliance, while enabling business domains to extract value from high‑quality data.

Your responsibilities

Leadership & organisation - Lead and develop a high-performing team of data professionals across Enterprise Data Management - Act as an inspiring people leader, fostering performance, growth and continuous improvement - Build strong collaboration across Value Stream Technology, CDAO and business domains
