At a precast concrete element factory in the Netherlands

Work tasks: The main responsibility is the production and assembly of wooden frames at the Constar Prefab B.V. factory. The work includes, among other things: * Manufacturing wooden structures and frames; * Working according to technical drawings; * Measuring, cutting and assembling components; * Ensuring a high-quality and accurate result; * Proper use and handling of tools and materials; * Working as part of a team in the factory's daily production process. The position requires good manual skills, accuracy and the ability to work independently according to provided drawings and instructions.

We offer: €18 net per hour – the employee receives €18 net for every hour worked. In addition: * Free accommodation – accommodation is provided in a large and comfortable private house. * The usual value of the accommodation is more than €950 per month, but it is provided free of charge to the employee. * Free transportation to and from work – a minibus is provided for commuting. * Full-time employment – normally approximately 45–50 hours per week. * Possibility of overtime – including, in some cases, Saturdays, providing an opportunity to increase your income. * Permanent employment contract – Aalto Eesti OÜ concludes the employment contract with the employee, who will work as a temporary agency worker at Constar Prefab B.V.

Other requirements: We are looking for a candidate who has:

• At least 2 years of experience as a carpenter or in a similar position; * Good knowledge of woodworking and the construction of wooden structures; * Ability to read technical drawings; * Good manual skills and technical understanding; * A responsible and precise approach to work; * Willingness to work full-time in the Netherlands; * A strong work ethic and a reliable attitude as a team member. English language skills: at least B1 level spoken and A2 level written. Russian language skills are preferred. Applicants must be Estonian citizens or holders of a valid European Union passport.
