Procurement Specialist

AAB Consturction is looking for Procurement Specialists of different experience levels to join our team and support the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.

Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for the full procurement cycle — from identifying suppliers and requesting quotations to negotiating commercial terms, managing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery.

Source and identify reliable local and international suppliers

Request, collect, and compare quotations and commercial offers

Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery terms, and reliability

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions

Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation

Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements

Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services

Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential suppliers

Research the market and identify new suppliers and alternative products

Support cost optimization and identify opportunities for better commercial terms

Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

For Junior Specialists

0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Good English is an advantage

For Mid-Level Specialists

2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing

Experience managing suppliers and negotiating commercial terms

Understanding of the full procurement cycle

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Good command of English

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry is an advantage

For Senior-Level Specialists

5+ years of relevant procurement experience

Proven experience managing complex procurement processes

Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills

Experience with international suppliers and/or large-scale procurement is an advantage

Strong market research and cost-analysis skills

Excellent English

Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or a related industry is highly preferred
